This standard through and deck girder bridge crosses Diamond Valley Creek near Augusta.
Built in 1899 as part of a rebuilding project, the bridge would later be widened in 1908. The bridge was originally built with a single through girder and a single deck girder span.
During the 1912 rebuilding, the initial through girder was split and rebuilt with new floors. A second deck girder span was added. The bridge rests on stone and concrete substructures.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in good condition.
The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
